The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 289 dated 26.8.2006 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Batala, District Gurdaspur.
On July 10, 2009, while issuing notice of motion, after hearing counsel for the parties, the case was adjourned for today and in the meanwhile, arrest of the petitioner was stayed subject to the condition that he shall appear before the trial court within within a period of three weeks and furnish his regular bail bonds to its satisfaction.
Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of the

aforesaid interim order, the petitioner has appeared before the trial court and furnished his bail bonds, which have been accepted and attested on 18.7.2009. Copy of the order received by counsel for the petitioner through fax has been produced today in the Court, which is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, after hearing counsel for the parties, the interim order dated July 10, 2009 is made absolute.
Petition is accordingly allowed.
