Mr. Suresh Monga, Sr. DAG, Haryana has been asked to accept notice on behalf of the respondents-State.
The petitioners are residents of village Daboda Kalan. They have made certain allegations/complaints against respondent no.6, who is the Sarpanch of village Daboda Kalan. It is alleged that despite various representations (Annexures P-2 to P-4), no action is taken against the said respondent. Through the medium of this petition, petitioners are seeking a direction to take action against respondent no.6.
Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to examine the representations of the petitioners, referred to above and proceed in accordance with law.
