Mr. Suresh Monga, Sr. DAG, Haryana has been asked to accept
notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 5.
Respondent no.6 is an elected Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Dhodpur, Tehsil Samalkha, Distt. Panipat. The petitioner made some complaint (Annexure P-1) against respondent no.6 with certain allegations of embezzlement etc. Another complaint (Annexure P-3) was made by the petitioner for taking action against respondent no.6. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that despite making such complaints and huge embezzlement, no action has been taken against respondent no.6.
In view of the above circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to examine the complaints, referred to above and proceed in accordance with law.
