The petitioner has filed application (C.M. No. 4083 of 2007) for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy before MRTP Commission of any other alternative forum. The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the application is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the aforesaid liberty.
Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
