In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 1.7.2009 (Annexure P-10), whereby he has been transferred from Sonepat to Hansi.
I have heard counsel for the petitioner.
The only ground raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that at present, the petitioner is undergoing training at National Fire Service College, Nagpur, and it is very difficult for him to join at Hansi. As far as this contention is concerned, the petitioner may join at his new place of posting i.e. at Hansi, after completing his training. Thus, at this stage, I do
