The petitioner, who has been dismissed from the service vide order dated 5.12.2008 (Annexure P-23), has filed the instant petition for quashing the said order.
In the aforesaid impugned order, it has been mentioned that the said action was taken on the basis of an enquiry report dated 3.10.2008 given by the Sub-Committee constituted under the Rules. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the application made by him under the Rules, the said enquiry report has not been made available to him. Without going through the said report, the controversy involved in this case cannot be properly appreciated.
In view of the aforesaid facts, after hearing counsel for the

petitioner, without issuing notice of motion, as it will un-necessary delay the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to supply copy of the aforesaid enquiry report dated 3.10.2008 to the petitioner within a period of two months. After going through the said report, it will be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
