The petitioners, who are working as Drivers and Conductors in the Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala, have filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to make payment of overtime allowance.
After hearing the counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have efficacious remedy under Payment of Wages Act, 1936, which the petitioners have not availed, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
Dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioners to avail the said remedy, in accordance with law.
