The petitioner has approached this Court for the relief of grant of proficiency step-up without first giving a representation/legal notice to the respondent authorities to take a decision in regard to proficiency stepup.
In view of the aforesaid fact, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for the relief as claimed in this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
