The petitioner has filed this petition for anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 170 dated 9.6.2002 under Section 356 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar.
The petitioner has jumped bail during the pendency of trial and is not appearing since 3.5.2006. This is for the second time that the petitioner has jumped bail and now he has been declared proclaimed offender. Thus, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Dismissed.
