After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to move to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala-1 for cancellation of bail.
In view of the statement made above, the instant petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
