This petition has been moved by Monu alias Ravinder under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 3(1) (d) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners ( Temporary Release) Act, 1988, seeking emergency parole to celebrate the marriage of his brother-in-law (wife's brother) fixed for 27th February 2009.
Reply has not been filed by State.
I have heard the counsels for the parties.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to take the petitioner-Monu alias Ravinder to the place of marriage i.e. Village Khera, Nafazgarh, New Delhi 43 on 27.02.2009 at about 9.00 AM and the moment marriage ceremony is over, he shall be taken back and lodged in the jail.
A copy of this order be given dasti.
