By this order, I intend to dispose of Crl.M.Nos. M-32456 of 2008 and M-30076 of 2008, as both arise out of FIR No. 89 dated 3.10.2008, under Sections 119, 213, 342, 368, 370, 120-B IPC and Sections 7, 8/49/88 of the P.C. Act, registered at Police Station GRP Jind, District Jind.
As per allegation of the prosecution, one Rekha was alleged to be purchased by Satish for a consideration of Rs.45,000/- and he incurred Rs.25,000/- more. Thereafter, Rajesh, Satbir, Hoshiar Singh and Satish took the said girl to at Village Sunderpur in the house of Satish. It is further alleged that said Rekha left the house of Satish

and went to Jind where she was produced before the Police Station GRP, Jind. She was produced before Ram Kishore SI, Police Station GRP, Jind and as per allegation an amount of Rs.14,000/- was paid to Daljit Singh in connivance with Ram Kishore SI. Both the petitioners are police officials and there are allegations of extraction of money. The gravity of offence does not make out a case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Consequently, both the petitions stand dismissed.
