This is a complaint case. Previously, FIR was registered and cancellation report was submitted after due investigation. The petitioners were allowed the concession of anticipatory bail for a limited period till the decision of the application for grant of regular bail. That regular bail application was dismissed by the JMIC and thereafter petitioner filed a revision petition against the order of JMIC but that was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.10.2008. Petitioners are stated to have appeared before the learned trial Court in compliance of the order dated 3.11.2008.

So, in these circumstances, it is fit case to allow the
application.
So, the order dated 3.11.2008, passed by this Court is made
absolute.
