Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 70 years of age who has been found innocent during enquiry conducted by Mr.G.S.Toor, SP(D) Ludhiana. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State, on instructions received from ASI Ramdas.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer on his furnishing bail bonds to his satisfaction. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition is disposed of.
