This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) for quashing of the FIR No.233 dated 3.10.2008 on the basis of a compromise.
All the three petitioners and respondent No.2/complainat are present in the Court.
Learned counsel for the State has informed the Court that respondent No.2 is only the complainant whereas, injured is Rajinder Kumar, who is not arrayed as a party.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition in order to file fresh petition with better particulars.
