Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not press the plea for transfer of the matter for the time being, but would request for issuance of a direction for time-bound disposal of the trial. In that context, he points out that the FIR in this case was lodged in the year 2005 and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been dodging the process of law for so long and were compelled to enter appearance only when notice of motion was issued by this Court. Till then, they refrained from entering appearance before the learned Trial Court.
The averment is contested on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3. Respondent No.2, who is present in the Court, states that he is regularly appearing in this case since the year 2005 itself. Learned counsel for the private respondents further

points out that respondent No.3 had been granted exemption from personal appearance.
Without going into the merits or otherwise of the controversy about facts, all that this Court would notice is that the matter is presently listed before the learned Trial Court for consideration of charge on 28.11.2009. The learned Trial Court shall proceed to consider the framing of charge and dispose of the trial itself within six months' thereafter by giving it priority over the other files.
The acknowledgment (of copy of this order) issued by the concerned Judicial Officer shall be forwarded to the Registry of this Court. Learned Sessions Judge shall himself maintain a tab to ensure that the case is disposed of by aforementioned date.
Disposed of accordingly.
