Counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Counsel for the petitioners further prays that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and both of them are old and have to be present on each and every date in the trial court. He thus, prays that their personal appearance before the trial court may be exempted during the pendency of the trial.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that in case an application is moved by the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 for exemption from personal appearance, the same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the personal appearance of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 except on material dates when their presence is absolutely necessary. This, however, will be subject to such terms and conditions as the trial court may deem fit to impose.
