The only grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that life and liberty of the petitioner is threatened at the hands of the respondents No.5 to 8.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation in this regard was made to Deputy Commissioner, Jind on 29th April, 2009. However, the petitioner is still being harassed by respondents No.5 to 8.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to Deputy Commissioner, Jind to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in the facts and circumstances of the case.
