Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Head Constable Teja Singh, who is present in Court submits that prayer of the petitioner for grant of adequate protection shall be examined by respondent No. 2 and if the circumstances so warrant, the same shall be granted.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, this petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
