Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial court and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within a week from the receipt of certified copy of this order, his application for regular bail shall be decided within a week from the date of filing the same. Arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed till the decision of his bail application.
