Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner for release on parole to attend his wife who is to be operated upon is still pending with the Superintendent Central Jail, Hisar despite order passed by this Court on 27.03.2009, Annexure P-4 to the petition.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court Mr. S.S. Pattar, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice and states that application of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the competent authority i.e. respondent No. 3 within a week of receipt of certified copy of this order for appropriate decision.
It is directed that competent authority shall decide the application of the petitioner for release on parole within a week thereafter.
With above directions, petition is disposed of.
