Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to present his version before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is directed that the Investigating Officer shall consider the version of the petitioner. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, it will be open to him to avail of the remedy available to him under the law.
