The petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release his GPF, which is his own contribution. It is averred that the petitioner has rendered 30 years of unblemished service, as such there is no reason to withhold his GPF.
Counsel submits that the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 2-5-2008 ( Annexure P-12), which has not been decided as yet.
After hearing the counsel, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the legal notice ( Annexure P-12) of the petitioner in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
