Petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant him pay scale for the post of Deputy Director (L.D.)/Principal, E.T.C.Nabha/Divisional Deputy Director, which is a promotional post.
Counsel submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 21.8-2007 ( Annexure P-11) in this regard, which has not been considered as yet.
After hearing the counsel, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation ( Annexure P-11) of the petitioner in accordance with law, within six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
