Ms. Charu Tuli, learned Senior DAG, Punjab placed on record an order dated 7.1.2009, whereby the instructions have been given to the District Education Officer, Gurdaspur to post the petitioner at Lala Nangal.
In view of the said order, the grievance of the petitioner is
