It is stated that the adhoc service rendered by the petitioner w.e.f. 15.12.1961 to 23.12.1968 (total 23 months and 10 days) has been taken into consideration for payment of pensionary benefits. Accordingly, an amount of Rs. 47,919/- has been ordered to be paid to the petitioner by the Disbursing Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is also entitled to the revised gratuity. If there is any unpaid claim on that account, petitioner is directed to make representation to the respondents, which shall be considered in accordance with the law.
Petition is disposed of as such.
