The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the result card Annexure P-1, whereby result of elections to the post of Member Panchayat of Gram Sabha of Village Phulewala, Tehsil and District Muktsar, has been wrongly, illegally and arbitrarily declared and notified.
After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of election petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
