The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to enquire into the complaint made against respondents No.6 to 8.
In the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, it has been stated that on the complaint made by the petitioner against respondents No.6 to 8, enquiry has been initiated by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tarn Taran and the same is still pending.

In view of the stand taken by respondents No. 1 to 5 in the written statement and after hearing counsel for the parties, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tarn Taran, respondent No.3 herein, before whom the enquiry in the complaint is still pending, to take a final decision in the said enquiry, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified
copy of this order.
