This is a petition for anticipatory bail in FIR No.534 dated 20.6.2007 under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307 IPC read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station, City Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of directions of this Court dated 18.10.2007, the petitioner had joined investigation and after completion of the investigation, even the challan has also been presented. The facts are not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the State. Accordingly, order dated 18.10.2007 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of.
