This is a petition for anticipatory bail in FIR No.33 dated 20.4.2007 registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, Distt. Mansa under Section 324/34 IPC in which Section 326 was added later on.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice on 27.8.2007, the petitioner was granted interim relief and was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. Accordingly, interim order dated 27.8.2007 is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
