“The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the efforts are being made for compromise.
In view of this, notice of motion to the respondents for 28.5.2008.
Till then, arrest of the petitioner is stayed.”
Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant has pointed out that not once has the complainant been approached. No efforts have been made for effecting a compromise nor is there any compromise between the parties.
Having regard to the above, the petition is dismissed.
