Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, the learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab has produced before us a communication dated November 29,2006 from Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritsar to the Zonal Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. The said communication is taken on record as Annexure A.
A perusal of the aforesaid communication shows that the impugned order dated June 15, 2006 (Annexure P.3) has already been cancelled by the authorities.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
