The present writ petition has been filed against order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, and PO of Children Court, Begusarai in Lakho P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner for release of vehicle bearing Registration No. BR09AW8124 was rejected.
