dated 08.04.2022 of the appellate court and the sentence was for deposit of fine of Rs.200/- by each of the petitioners and in lieu thereof surrender before the court to undergo period of sentence. However, the petitioners have deposited the fine of Rs.200/- but they were not having the knowledge about deposit of the same as one of the petitioners, who used to look after the matter, died during the pendency of the revision petition and other petitioners were not aware about the deposit of fine.
