Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking

following reliefs:

“(A) To issue a Mandamus or direction to respondents to protect life and property of the petitioner bearing Mauza- Rasalpur, ThanaKhusrupur, Thana No. 137, Khata No.15, Khesra No.6, Area 53 Decimal and Khata No.6, Khesra No.5, Area 3.10 Decimal, Totaling- 56.10 Decimal.

(B) For directing the respondent to protect the position of the petitioner over the aforesaid land which is being threaten by private resp. no.10 to 13 to be dispossessed forcibly acting as "might is right" instead of "Right is might."

(C) For which pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as your lordships may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the case and according to law.”

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition

seeking protection of life and property of the petitioner and it appears the petitioner has also filed a representation before the Collector, Patna vide annexure- P/3, the copy of which has also been given to respondent nos. 5, 7, 8 and 9, but no action has been taken on the representation.
