Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.

The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner obtained employment after producing fake certificate of TET.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has not produced any certificate, as alleged. Moreover, learned counsel states at the Bar that the petitioner has already been

terminated and is no longer in service. Let this statement be recorded.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the rival submissions of the parties, and particularly the statement made at the Bar by Mr. Amit Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner has already been terminated and is no longer in service, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka/concerned court, in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further conditions that:-
