that the petitioners are the mother, father and brother of the said Sumit Kumar. It has further been submitted that the petitioners were not aware till the registration of the F.I.R. that their son Sumit Kumar was in love with the daughter of the informant and both have left the place. It has further been submitted that it has also been a matter of great concern for the petitioners, as their son is himself traceless. It has further been submitted referring to the statement of witnesses examined during the course of investigation that it was Sumit Kumar who had taken away the victim and when the informant and others went to the house of Sumit Kumar, these petitioners abused them. It has further been submitted that even after the victim and son of the petitioner namely Sumit Kumar went missing, the petitioners were present in their house. It has further been submitted that there is a delay of five days in lodging the present F.I.R. It has lastly been submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
