2 15-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 54 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 308(4), 333, 352, 351(2), 308(5) of the B.N.S.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with others, were running a tea shop in front of the informant's shop, which gave rise to a dispute and in the course thereof, the injured was allegedly assaulted by the petitioners and others.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are ready to give an undertaking that they will not run a tea shop in front of the shop of the informant. Petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui/ concerned Court below in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 54 of 2026, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.

This is also subject to the condition that the
