The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7884 of 2025 and further seeking extension of time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated in the earlier order, and therefore, prays for grant of further extension of time for the said purpose. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to a charitable organization, without prejudice to his case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present modification application is allowed.
