i.e Barhara Kothi P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025, hence, they are being heard together and are being decided by a common order.

2. Heard Mr. N.K. Agarwal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and Mr. Mritunjaya Kumar learned counsel for the informant.

3 . The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 128 of 2026 arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238(B) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4 . As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with others are accused of committing the murder of the deceased.

5 . Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The petitioner are in custody since 17.10.2025.

6 . Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioners and the fact that the dead body of the deceased was recovered on the statement of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

8 . Accordingly, these applications stand dismissed.

9 . It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail applications and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioners at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
