Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Suiya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 (G.R. No. 2658 of 2025) dated 03.08.2025, registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3/5 of B.N.S. and Sections 302, 504, 506, 34 IPC.

The allegation is that 11 persons are alleged to have

assaulted the informant and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name transpired during investigation. In the FIR, there is specific allegation against the co-accused Jumrati and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
