Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 1039 of 2025 registered for an offence under Sections 112(2)(b) and 111(4) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
