Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 408 of 2025 registered for an offence under Section 394 IPC.

The informant lodged information with the allegation that his motorcycle was snatched by four unnamed persons. They snatched and attempted to attack him with knife, took away his goods and even assaulted him. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. The motorcycle was recovered pursuant to the confession of the petitioner. Nothing is left in the case which would prevent conviction of the petitioner.

Considering that the motorcycle was recovered pursuant to the confession of the petitioner, this court is not

inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
