The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State is in appearance.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27690 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time due to lack of information.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27690 of 2025 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
