Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

As per allegation, on 21.11.2025, the accused persons attacked the informant and his parents with iron rods and farsa, due to which the informant’s arm got fractured and his father’s head got injured. It is further alleged that they snatched gold mangalsutra and damaged CCTV camera.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that both the parties are agnates to each other and there is case and counter case between them. It has further been submitted prior to the present case, father of the petitioner has also lodged a case against the informant side. It has further been submitted that injuries inflicted upon injured persons are simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2025.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
