Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 399 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, one illegal country made pistol along with five live cartridge were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2025 i.e. for six months.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State

has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 399 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

Before accepting the bail bond, the learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any case other than those which have been mentioned in paragraph -3 of the bail application, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
