This appeal is preferred against the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Court, Siwan in ABP No. 2289 of 2025 arising out of SC/ST Siwan Case No. 57 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 3(1)(r) (s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
