This application has been filed for cancellation of

regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2 by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53704/2024 in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 284/2023 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the accused persons that the transfer petition has been dismissed and the statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and therefore, the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
