Anticipatory bail granted. By order dated 11-03-2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.66713 of 2025, the Patna High Court (Sandeep Kumar, J.) allowed the application of two petitioners who apprehended arrest in Samho P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 registered under Sections 80(2), 238, 3(5) of the BNS, in which the prosecution case is that the petitioners and others killed the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners urged that they, being the brothers of the husband of the deceased, were innocent and falsely implicated, and that the allegations against them were general and omnibus. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 238, 3(5) of the BNS.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners being the brothers of the husband of the deceased are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners.
