Patna High Court (Rajiv Roy, J.) — Civil Review No.110 of 2022 arising out of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.18798 of 2021 (Satyendra Kumar v. The State of Bihar and others). The application sought review of the order dated 20/04/2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, whereby the writ petition had been disposed of in the light of the order dated 23/02/2022 in CWJC No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vrs the State of Bihar and others) and connected matters reported in 2022(2) B.L.J. 381, and of the judgment dated 7.3.2022 in CWJC No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi and others Vs The State of Bihar and others), reciting that the Hon'ble Court had observed the matter covered by the aforesaid judgement although it is not covered by said judgement. Mr. Abhay Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed for withdrawal of the petition; the review petition was accordingly dismissed as withdrawn (order dated 17-07-2025).
